The director of an asylum offers to the serial killer Molly Keller (Erin Karpluk) a chance to be submitted to a pilot unconventional experiment in Prague, in the Weisser Institute. Molly accepts, and she travels to the clinic, where Dr. Samuel Wiesser (Richard Bremmer) developed a treatment using a virtual world, and Molly and deranged youngsters would be trial subjects. However, something does not work well in the experiment, and when the patients die in their trip, the same happens in the real world. The explanation is a huge twist point in the very end of the story.

SPOILER ALERT * * * * SPOILER ALERT You know, is important in B-movies to deliver the B-movie you can not lose. This should be quite obvious. The emotion of the man cheap. That is what it is. Some breast here, a little blood in that country. "Ripper 2" is designed to give you all of this, but then gleefully pulls the rug from under you. I thought I was watching a movie about a woman of Jack the Ripper, but apparently I was wrong. The filmmakers must have seen "Matrix" a few dozen times and became infatuated with the concept of us believe worlds. A girl of controls in an insane asylum. She thinks it is related to Jack the Ripper. The doctor wants you to play with your mind and the screw of the film. She said yes, please. The rest of the film has its operation from a Grim Reaper-looking maniac, (or is it?) While a lot of nothing happens to people who may not exist. If all sounds confusing, do not worry. While not remember seeing this movie, you have nothing to worry about.
A group of teenagers deeply concerned participate in a pilot "humanize" program once they are all sedated. It is a means to confront the horrible evil that affects their delusional fantasies, using serial murderer, Molly (Erin Karpluk) as a catalyst. The program seems to depend on how it reacts to Molly the virtual world created together once it is induced into a deep sleep. The frightening element is that the evil within and Molly actually separates from the first time that it was normal with no evil. However, birth and the genes of being a descendant of Jack the Ripper desire to meet with Molly and is represented by a hulking figure covered with a giant Grim Reaper-Esquire mantle. Each of the members who participated in the program are being destroyed by the manifestation of evil in the dream and the state when they are killed in this kingdom, who died in reality. Molly will be able to deny the evil that wants to come back? The doctor behind the project, with all its faults, is Wiesser Samuel (Richard Bremmer), who honestly believes that it can remove the ills that are not normal members of society. The film basically tears away from Nightmare on Elm Street with a Ripper wrapped in place of Freddy absent the macabre goofy wisecracks. The film is ambitious enough, but does not have the budget or intelligence to celebrate together. The premise, however, leaves quite silly and confusing. It is not sufficient category and the final really only fuels the incoherency of the whole picture. The film is too uneven herky-for their own sake. Have a spare to the atmosphere, but that is enough.
OK, OK, this is far from the best horror film around, and is not as good as the first film Ripper, but not so bad if you enjoy Slasher movies. Believe me, I got the "Canal Terror 'here in the UK, and I've seen some very poor lately horror movies to compare this against. Yes the "virtual reality" part of the plot is a bit stale and the 'twist' ending is one of the oldest around, but very little in the Slasher genre is new in these days. However, the murderer and hoped sounded cool, and the fact that it was, in fact, Mollys "dark side" that is lurking in their virtuality was something new in my book. The worst part of the film is the sequence of dungeon sex in the disco, even as a kind, and for that purpose a fan of T & A, which only seemed caught for the sake of it, and could of been heavily modified to suit as the plot without going through free. A personal reference to the actress myfanwy Waring who unfortunately was killed early in the film, like its good to hear a beautiful Welsh accent in a movie. Verdict - If you liked Ripper, and as Slasher movies, give it a watch (if you can find it) and enjoy what it is. 6 out of 10
In this second installment in the mediocre Ripper: Letters from hell, the survivor / murderer of the original movie is taken to Europe for a special kind of treatment and is maintained by a group of young people, however, the killings start again Likér reaper as a serial murderer is doing about them in the head before the heroine discovers that in order to stop the Ripper, who may have to destroy itself or view as follows their bloody killings and back again. This sequel is a film much better than the original horror entry, the murderer is much cooler in looking for a movie and manages to milk a few scenes of suspense to keep you connected, the cast is attractive and the film is best shot and that makes good use of European landscapes, all that aside, however, the film manages to be quite good, but falls flat on his face that in the last ten minutes that gives us a great ending confusion that has no meaningless. A good movie and well worth the rent, but it is necessary to put an end to work! *** Stars

The ham actor Richard Bremmer is very funny with her horrible acting, there are many beautiful women and breasts; scenes of death, special effects and the environment are ideal for a B-movie, and history has a major plot point in the final that makes a difference. I respect the other readers' opinion, but I liked this movie bar. My vote is six. Title (Brazil): "Ripper 2"
