| It has been a long time since I've seen this, and I think it continues to improve with time, I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I've seen this a .. Craig T. Nelson is excellent at this, it really seems to go over the top on this one, and Jo Beth Williams, wow what a shapely figure that is in this movie, she is also a very good actress, and of course Heather O 'Rourke, "Carol Ann" poor girl died after 6 years of this Poltergeist Horror .. I thought she stole the show, of course, that girl could act, I liked a lot the plot, namely that did not move the bodies, only the tombstones what is a classic scene in the movie. | Saboteurs ** ** POSSIBLE What is a Poltergeist? It is a ghost, which announces its presence with loud noises and creating disorder. However, the poltergeists in this DVD movie Poltergeist go far beyond that. Directed by Tobe Hooper and produced by Steven Speilberg, "Poltergeist" is (in my opinion) one of the scariest movies of all time. Plotline He is very original (written by Speilberg), on how nasty ghosts invade a family home, kidnapping 5-year-old daughter and bring her to the other party, and their parents must ghosts of the battle to get her back. Although filmed in 1982, the special effects in "Poltergeist" are very surprising and makes very good (my favorite is the beast esophagus, which manifests itself grusomely boys in the locker room). Some people who have seen the movie: Poltergeist still has nightmares about two decades later, esspecially incidents with the malevolent clown doll, and the pool. "Poltergeist" is definitely worth seeing, for those in the clean of emotion. Stars 10. |

Spielberg co-wrote the screenplay and a frightening delivery address rights to someone who can scare the hell of people: Tobe Hooper (currently, the amount of each type is really at stake). Poltergeist satisfies both fans and non-horror genre and spectators. It has a delicate balance of horror and drama and characters we can care about. It is also a sophisticated film, simply because the name of Spielberg on the film. That will put a lot of butts in the seats. My favorite moment is when the audience trick. I love the way of doing this. Once Tangina, the uber-short psychic, has "cleared" of the house, you think the movie: Poltergeist has ended. Not so. It could have ended and there has been a decent movie. However, the DVD movie Poltergeist absolutely kicked in third gear in the final act and that is where it becomes a classic horror. Coffins shots of the earth, murderer of clowns, and Industrial Light and Magic can really doing their best to scare the pants of a hearing. When people start thinking about the great horror movies, I think Poltergeist is too often overlooked. Go back and watch this one, as well as its aftermath. |
| This Poltergeist Horror movie has been one of my favorites of all time by more than ten years. Like many other people in the 80s, the first time I saw this Poltergeist Horror movie scared the hell out of me. I served on the fact that there is no bloodspilling or violence, or even a single murder in the Poltergeist movie to make this DivX film Poltergeist extraordinary fear. It is based on the fashion of the 80 special effects to make the Poltergeist Horror film truly frightening. I still think this DivX Movie Poltergeist is scary, because I have always found the supernatural forces and the things that are unusual in this world to be more terrifying that some idiots blonde woman being chased by an ax-wielding maniac. The script is so well written, profound and wonderful, and the direction and production skills are first class. I've never seen horror movies embody all the elements from "The Exorcist". For those of you who have not seen this movie, I see! It may not scare you like modern horror movies today, but sure to entertain and enlighten you. | Real estate agent Steve Freeling (Craig T. Nelson) and his family, Diane (JoBeth Williams) Dana (Dominique Dunne), Carol Anne (Heather O'Rourke) and Robbie (Oliver Robbins) to move into a new home in the suburbs. Filled with nice neighbors, beautiful scenery and a relaxed atmosphere, is the perfect place to raise a family. However, inside the house, strange things begin to happen. Chairs and furniture begin to sort themselves after only seconds have expired and Carol Anne has a strange fascination with watching static on the TV instead of regular programming. Steve does not believe that until Diane shows you a special trick: a chair in the kitchen swept through the room alone, not with a touch. Freaked out, he calls a paranormal research team, led by Dr. Lesh (Beatrice Straight) to find out what is wrong with your house. In the first address Spirits and the house is declared free of poltergeists, even bizarre things happen to the family to convince them that did not receive rid of them, after all. Solid, entertaining ghost story has incredible special effects, memorable set pieces, and plenty of scares.
