| Conservatives have tried to IMDb Freep with either based on 1.) Not seeing the movie, or 2.) Viewing a pirated copy, which the MPAA and the Child Jesus mourn. However, this has to be the best Michael Moore. He steps into the background and allows people injured or whose relatives were killed by the dispersal of American health care system, the status of his case for him. Conservatives like to use horror stories about how Canadians have to wait 10 years for a knee replacement, or Botox can not the British or the French who lived for 50 years because the smoke and eat fatty foods. This Sicko movie puts a lie to all that, Moore simply * asked its nationals abroad, whether patients, doctors and other health professionals, about what happens when someone needs medical care. No more, no less. Other people (including reviewers like David Denby's New Yorker)-naively false to say that Moore has no solutions. Of course, Moore has a solution - whether a single payer like Canada or an NHS in the UK. The problem in the application is not going to find money, will be fighting outside the insurance industry and lobby groups that the hospital not as its cash cow slaughter. |
| This may be the best work of Moore so far. While many of Moore as a bash-American, the truth is, he is a patriot. His "crime" appears to be trying to make America a better country. Watching this Sicko Documentary movie you can see how far we should go. America is so far behind most other industrialized countries in the availability of health care and other social programs that apparently this country is doomed to failure if things do not change soon. As a former member of the British Parliament in the DVD film Sicko says, governments in countries such as England and France, fear of the people, while in America the people fear the government. That says it all about. The time has come for change in the country and it is hoped that this DivX film Sicko will be a boost. |
| This is a great film: Sicko and that shows our lack of character as a nation. Imagine if he had applied the money from this self-created war on terror, and applied it to free medical care. 600 to 800 million would probably have been a great start. GM blew the whistle for the rich to get richer deal, and some people are not going to like that. In reading the comments on IMDb, people are going through the motions conservative cliché. Like my favorite to repeat his GM made money until all starting to believe. I would like to officially take a big finger to friends, and tell anyone who can think on his own to see the DVD film Sicko and then be the judge. Thanks for representing the common man and say it like it is. |
