| This was a great drama in which both the writing and the performance was fantastic. The story was a bit over the top, but it was meant to be, is a black comedy similar to the ITV before the outstanding drama "at home with Braithwaite." The scenes between Helen Baxendale and Suranne Jones were, undoubtedly the best, had a great chemistry and bounced well off each other.'s return to our screens Helen Baxendale was fantastic, he has done some other works of fiction one, but none as good as' Dead Cever. 'It's a must see for anyone who is a fan of these dramas and is not the "terrible tragedy" that has been described by others. But do not take my word that the critics are not always right as everyone has different tastes, see before judging, but you should see what they do. |

We had so much fun to see this film: Dead Clever: The Life and Crimes of Julie Bottomley I did not even finish watching the credits and started to write this. You will love this: fun twists in the plot, VERY good acting by Helen Baxendale (IMDb thanks for telling me he knew of his "Friends" as Emily ...) and Suranne Jones which can be seen changing career women insecure girl totally weird and scary criminal. Therefore, it is everything: laughter, suspense and clever writing. It acted as good start to believe it could happen, even if it is a totally out of control end. Ask yourself a favor and look out! |
| Well, I sat threw all the way this drama and thought it was an incredibly written story and thought the world was bright, well done ITV bring more. surranne Jones was fantastic and so when all the other cast. Well done to Sally Wainwright in writing and thoroughly enjoyed great i think the whole, sorry to the people who commented Sadd in the opposite context, but it must be in a coma or simply feeling sorry for themselves after seeing a new miserably year, but i was thinking may be the best thing that we have entertained in a very long time, much of reality television has been our way lately and its good to see some old faces again on our screens . |
| I had high expectations when I saw the trailer for this, it seemed fun and exciting with a great cast, namely, Suranne Jones, Helen Baxendale and the type of Shameless. But after a promising opening five minutes descended into farce. The script and direction, obviously, I did not know whether it was a serious thriller or a black comedy. Off as a bad combination of the two. The characters lurch between friendly, plain stupid and laughable. The end can only be described as a farce and lazy, obviously completely copied from a famous movie: Dead Clever: The Life and Crimes of Julie Bottomley (you know that if one does so at the end of this). Cliche, contrived and an hour too long. Give it a miss. |
