Never once stops to fall into the depths sacharine romantic comedies that are affected with, leaping nimbly over them never get out of the unequal world he has created. | LA story is a great romantic comedy just a notch below Moulon Rouge or High Fidelity, and similar to Roxanne. There are a lot of jokes in that of Californians, but I found the comedy accessible. The film is actually stronger on the romance side, and has something to say about people who are somewhat disingenuous and put barriers around the world. As with Roxanne there is a small classic of literature fell in. There are a few Cheesy time when the lack of sophistication in the characters and the plot shows. But there are also powerful, moving scenes, such as linking the fall in love with admiration and wonder of childhood, and the scene plane that brought tears to my eyes. And that is quite something, I almost never mourn at the movies! And, of course, I loved the music of Enya! Check it out. Who should see this movie: - Romantic Comedy assistants, one must see - Movie action guys like me, is fine to see with their OS (but see if you can get to see your enemy at the gate, too) I will give a history of over-the-LA-original expectations 9 out of 10. |
