| It is difficult to find a DVD film Heathers of adolescents more incisive and biting that Heathers. Packaged and sold as a DivX film Heathers about a group of Wanna-be Valley Girls, proved to be a deadly examination of adolescent cliques and revenge, a black comedy comparable to the way the Lord of the Flies. Screenwriter and writer Daniel Waters - director Michael Lehmann took by surprise the audience with clever dialogue and a diabolical plot revealing. Playing the only member of a secondary school in Ohio ruling clique, not the name of Heather, Winona Ryder did much to launch herself into the stardom. The movie: Heathers also consolidated the reputation of bad girl of TV star Shannen Doherty filed and Christian Slater in his first major role. Heathers was too dark to be so popular among the public mass as it was with many viewers and critics. |
| When this Heathers Crime movie came out, I do not see it in the theater. I caught at the video store. I walked into the video store and the funeral for the soccer player was running. I stopped, looked, and laughed my head. I immediately rented "Heathers" and fell in love with her. "Heathers" is the realization of what almost all children in high school was exposed at one time or another. You were a "Heather" or "Veronica" or spooky / mysterious new child, or the jockey, or undesirable, or entertainer, or the guy that I wanted "in" as a "Heather" .. or o. . o. The only thing is that "Heathers" will show what happens "if" ... If I could go out with some of the things we were thinking at the time! The actions of parents and teachers are to die for. When you are young you think that you can find out almost anything, or find out what adults are thinking and trying to get around it. "Heathers" gets into everything, very dark, and carries out well. Although I thought the ending was a bit too ... orderly. If you're in high school (more than 17 per course) or in looking back at College High School, you identify with this movie. If you are an adult, this can remember those days, but this is a good dark humor film. Go rent it today, we see uncut. |
| This is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. The writer was brilliant to reach an original dialogue. It gets very dark at times, but if you have a sense of humor should be able to enjoy this movie. |
| from the time it starts with the three heather playing croquet, you know that you are in for a strange, cruel, and a John Hughes-like teen movie. It's black as coal, and as sour as lemons. Although Christian Slater is Jack Nicholson with a facelift, is still the most memorable performance in the film. And Winona Ryder is also attractive as the loss of complex and Veronica. Some fantastically witty lines, humurously sick set pieces, and some really great / Cacko 80's music make this a classic, more of a classic cult film. |
| This was the Heathers Crime that I saw as a child and I was fascinated to this day. Every time I see this DVD movie Heathers i pick up something new from him every time. The script was ahead of its time and adolescents in many films today have had something from it. From the Grito de Meangirls, many films would not have existed without Heathers. This DVD movie Heathers also introduced me to the dark comedy and unleashed the strange humor that is within me. If you want to see a DivX film Heathers timeless nervous teenager with a script and cast, this is the Heathers movie to see. |
