| Zzyzx is a perverse and wild, captivating DivX Movie Zzyzx full of moments where the viewer can not tell if there is another breath. Any person who is used to seeing Kenny Johnson (The Shield), as Lemansky, will be blown away by Lou! His performance is so rough and crude, which puts Brad Pitt character of the first Grace (Kalifornia) to shame. Every aspect of this Zzyzx Thriller is chilling, chilling and strangely frightening. My skin reacted like maybe when hearing fingernails on a blackboard .... only, not the noise made it happen! Zzyzx was cast as well as Fox and Ryan Robyn Cohen were too great. In "The Life Aquatic" to Zzyzx? Well, you just never know what lies behind the eyes of someone. What a trip! Richard Halpern has a hit in this case. I can not wait to see what others have to say about him, and to see what you're doing next! Go Richard! |
| As a connoisseur of twisted films, I was expecting this. While I can not say how disappointed I was frustrated through parts of it. My worst criticism would be that the legend was prominently mentioned at the beginning, but never again. Nothing supernatural reared its head nor necessary. However, an air of expectation has been created, but never satisfied. And why Mexicans were so determined to crack open the wooden leg? As if they knew there was something inside. And, finally, why the car had Alberta plates on it? Canada is not mentioned anywhere else. Those are minor things, though. If you like twisted movies, you like this. |
| If this kind of movies are your cup of tea (Hills ... Eyes, Slaughter of Texas ... ... (or twist and turn Caper films that are not afraid of Grue and gore), then you do not want to miss this one. Think "Hitcher" in the desert claustrophobic. It is a bit confusing unless you do some research on the Zzyzx Thriller film of substance. The Zzyzx Thriller has a website where the "mythology" helps explain the background (but not much), but then you are sitting in a place to capture some of the "missing info" called attention to the opening sequence entitled. But the Zzyzx film does not need it. You can be standing alone if you just ignore the ominous "Carl and Sophia" things. It is a real place (Zzyzx) and a simple search on the Web. But the story is fiction ... period. Lots of twists and turns and some category a nice "full circle" thing. Only a damn good indie thriller. What you see ... get happy. Break a leg ... off. |
| Special thanks to Richard Halpern stellar for the previous review! I do not know what the "legend" of zzyzx road has to do with this DivX Movie Zzyzx at all. The "legend" is mentioned at the beginning of the film, through titles. That's it. Can not you see what I had to do with history. Supernatural elements? Where? Maybe I slept through that part. In justice, I dream at some point during most of the films. Check it out, however, if you're a fan of Kenny (The Shield). You can do worse at the video store. I hope that the distribution is! I will give it a 5 per Kenny (and girls) to act. |
| Zzyzx is just possibly the best independent films I've seen in a long time. Period. At any point of view, is a great movie. It is well written, well acted, and (especially given that the constraints of the budget) and directed. Ask yourself a favor and put this in your Netflix queue, and then spread the word. Is the fact that occasionally films that came to power this keeps me scouring the shelves of video stores, reading and independent DVD movie Zzyzx reviews online. In a world where the Witch Project Blair becomes a creator of millions of dollars, is a criminal shame that this jewel has remained under the radar for so long. Helping to its rightful place. | "Zzyzx" has to be the best DVD film Zzyzx seen by fewer people than ever. It is only by the luck of a friend's recommendation that even heard of this movie. Honest to God, my life is richer because of it. The first interesting point about "Zzyzx" is the fact that this is a real way, in a chilling reality desolate desert area, with a really strange story. Is not portrayed in a movie, but nevertheless unusual. With that as a starting point, this piece of work it takes a hell of trip, despite its miniscule budget. As always, good writing is the key, and this baby has it. Sign twists, and finally the full resolution that all worth it. Sure it's disturbing but not gory for the sake of gore or anything like that. If you like the desert movies shot in the light of day, savor this movie. Here are a hell of a story well told. Therefore, to your friends! |
