I loved this MadCap thread about 2 hitmen for the mob, a mobster nut of the bride, a punch drunk boxer, ineffective and 2 bandits. The story is narrated in the form Flashback, a technique that I have always found interesting. The life of all the players crossed each other forming a collection mini-stories guaranteed to captivate the viewer. Exceptionally making films, very entertaining. |
I must admit, I was rolling Pulp Fiction the first time I saw him. I was a college student Poth, and one of my friends suggested that the university Poth go see it. I thought it was really hilarious. Now that I've grown more, I guess you could say that my tastes have changed. Pulp Fiction, a Reassesment: Whereas classics like Citizen Kane and The Godfather is still joy to the eye, Pulp Fiction not only to hold over time. Due to the pornographic nature of this film, once the feeling of sodomy, drugs, violence and carries out, you realize that there are fewer than Pulp Fiction, which meets the eye. Of course, Tarantino did a brilliant job of satisfying oven twentysomething nitwits like me, but like being drunk or drugged, the experience of Pulp Fiction now feels quite empty. In any case, Pulp Fiction was able to capture and crystallize the nihilistic spirit of the 1990s popular culture. Perhaps in this dubious respect, it deserves commendation. |
After being at the Sundance Film Festival with the violent and brutal film "Reservoir Dogs", Tarantino came back with some impressive film that had everything to be perfect. Pulp Fiction, considered one of the best movies ever made. In this violent action film, there were very good, excellent script, great photography and, of course, good music. Everything that a film might need. Pulp Fiction won the Palme d'Or at Cannes and the Best Original Screenplay at the Academy Awards. For me, was the best movie ever made, followed by Amores Perros. A film very deep and strong. Pulp Fiction is all about two hitmen, his chief of the beautiful wife and a boxer. They get crossed, while the film progresses, and the pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together. |
Very worrying. Very racist. Very violent. Very bad. Very 'what the f ** CK. " Very Good! Quentin standards in this dark comedy THE SUPER-of-BAD SIDE ... It seems more like a documentary than a movie ... As an Angeleno - I feel the pain. Hodge is one of the Podger-f ** KED up people. I see Travolta and Jackson all the time here in LA. I guess that was supposed to be a dark comedy ... but it feels more like an investigation PBS! This is an amazing movie. Violent, rude and true ... |
This is the way to make a movie. Quentin Tarantino, what you think of it, is a genius. With Pulp Fiction, the only way that changed the way the film was made in the years ahead. QT was the first person to make the entire history of cross-references arc on the right. This film is essentially three stories that all come together at several points and that works so well OH. This film has everything - serving unbelievable, a big black humor, a great plot lines of action and lots of decent gore. Everyone in this movie offers an incredible performance, all worthy of Oscar (Samuel L. Jackson is my favorite). Comedy. In this film, which almost feel guilty for laughing. Although there are some truly hilarious lines, most of the humor is very dark and not for the light heart. Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta's breakfast scene is easily one of the funniest moments in the history of cinema, while at the same time create a great atmosphere of suspense and unease. In general, this movie is incredible - it really is. Pulp Fiction should be seen by anyone who wants to go down the path of the writer / director, as QT puts in an absolute master class. If you want to see why Mr Tarantino is as famous as it is, watch this movie. You will see that it deserves your claim. ***** |
after seeing Kill Bill Vol.1 and Reservoir Dogs I felt like I had to see this movie because of how bright the two but unfortunately I have been disappointed after watching this movie. What I really do not understand is the rating that takes into IMDb.com and how everyone seems to think that films can not get better. I'm not saying that this is a film of BS because it is not. Most of the scenes that I found to be really interesting, for example, the conservation between Vincent and rubbers on FootMassages and McDonald's, but on the other hand I found scenes like the restaurant scene with Vincent and Mia that was incredibly boring. Acting was high in this movie, especially from Bruce Willies and Samuel.L.Jackson. Both of'em played their characters so brilliantly that i almost forgot to act. I'm not too sure that I can say the same about John Travolta, who was the Alwayse mediocre. Therefore, in general I think it's a movie worth but still, I think Torrinto is capable of much, much more. 7 / 10 |
A film completely unbelievable - my favorite, and I've seen about 10 times because I got it on video. Amazing performance, direction, and dialogue is the best in any movie I've ever seen. But what I'm posting the comment about, is what is in the briefcase that Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) is willing to risk their lives to protect. There are many theories, but here is my favorite: Marcellus Wallace (the big black man) has a plaster on the back of his head. This is because he has withdrawn his soul and who has sold to the devil. The soul is in the briefcase (codenamed 666). Kids who eat the flavors are Kahuna Burgers Hell's Angels, who transport the soul in the briefcase with the devil. Jules and Vincent (Travolta and Jackson) are angels, and are to intercept the soul and return to Marcellus Wallace. The theory is more intricate, and I do not know where Bruce Willis and Harvey Keitel and so fit, but that is the skeleton. I advise you to see the movie again, taking this into account. |
