| When I saw the first commercial at the beginning of Bad Boyz 2, I told myself this is a clone of Blade. Then, all of August, I've seen the commercials and in some ways myself, I wanted to see him. | I love this movie. Any time a film can have a traditional genre or sub-genre and put a new spin on it without falling into the cliches of past films finally gets the nod from me. It seems that so many vampire and werewolf movies of recent decades is more than cut from the same fabric of the original movies and books that started all the horror sub-genre of Non-creatures (except in the case of An American Werewolf in London). The story is fantastic, but it might be a bit confusing at the beginning (as a friend of mine said that it looks like it). Just stick with it and it'll all make sense. Think of it as not just a horror movie, but a mystery as well. In my opinion, this movie is a must-see. |
| A truly great and appreciated by the film. Beautifully woven story of love, very Romeo and Juliet with a lot of action sequences and I liked the genetic component of the vampires and lycans existence. I also thought that the cast of actors in the film could not be more perfect for the role. They will bring into the characters and suspend disbelief. Another high point of this feature is the lack of cgi. Terrific monster pull back to reality and brought the wolf gave their movements balance and substance. While I love this movie I understand that the contents can not at all intriguing. However, well worth the money for a rental at least. |
